My worst case was when I called college apt rental owner when I saw a big "FOR RENT" sign. I gave my spiel and she didn't say anything. I said "Hello?" She said "Yeah I'm still here. I'm at a loss for words, totally baffled that you would even have the GALL to call anyone and ask if you can dig up their yard?!" :shocked01: OUCH! :lol:
