I had a great 2 days metal detecting at a local swimming hole! MORE SILVER and FOUR RINGS!!!!!! 15.59 Euros ($21.69) in clad and a new wristwatch!

Nice finds! The knob may have belonged to an old dresser or cabinet, not sure. I've seen examples of these where a narrow metal rod is threaded through the hole with a fancy floral cap on the end etc. The ones I've seen were often made of glass though. Congrats on finding some hunting partners as well.

I hope so too, but I always have "moderate" expectations when MD'ing a new site. I got really lucky on the "Money Spot" though. I'm sure it has more treasure to give!
