A Rosie some wheats and some relics

Went back to the 1860's house found an old comb with a silver handle and this old clip not sure what kinda clip it has Shirley on the back of it anyone have any info on these two things would be appreciated

Thanks Tony....The guy told me I can come back anytime I also gave him the Merc I found the first time I was there he was very grateful but it was a small price to pay for a old property
