If you will look at the CZ ( CZ & 3d's) the most gold rings hit in foil & pull tabs & nickels are to the right of that. That separates some trash. On all the other detectors the gold rings hit in nickel, foil, & tabs. The old CZ will make it a little better to find gold rings. Not saying that you will not dig some trash it you are looking for gold rings.
