Going through the junk side of my pouch I came across this button and overalls snap. If I hadn't looked close I would have thrown them out with the rest of the trash. The one piece button was full of dirt. I thought, when I found them that they were shot shell base remnants because they ring up in the same range as shot shell bases. The one piece button is dime size.
Makes me wonder what else I have tossed?!

Couple nice buttons, hate to have them thrown away! That's why I always clean up and double check things before I trash them.

I will make a point to do that from now on. The site I am currently hunting is infested with shot shell bases. It's nothing to find 15-20 every time I hunt there. And, there are four of us hunting so figure 60-80 shells a hunt.
