Back to the Fairgrounds!

Yaaaaawn! Well, I finally woke up from my winter hibernation and went out yesterday for couple hours of Metal Detecting. Went back to the Fairgrounds where I left off in December. Not to bad for a couple hours, $6.45 in clad , Buffalo nickel and a 1942 Merc. Going back again today!

Hoo Ha!

hey welcome back from hibernation lol lol thats a good solid start , you'll be finding alot more silver i'm sure of it.

Hey there, Scott, it's been a while. It's good to see you are getting out again. And you had a good start too. thumbsup01 That fairground is a productive spot. You should do well with silver and other old coins there this year.

Nice to wake up and find silver lol That Buff looks like it has a date on it too. The important thing is that you are punching through to the older layer of coins. More to follow, I'm sure.

Good to see you back Scott.... good luck at that fairgrounds... I am sure you have barely touched it yet. I wanted to hit Cantine's field after the Garlic Festival, but never made it. Oh well, maybe this year. RickO

Great start to the year, that is a lot of targets to get back in groove with. Sliver to boot too, doesn't get much better than that.

Hey, great to see you again. Nice finds... that fairgrounds clearly still has some good silver there! Keep at it, looking forward to seeing what else you dig there :)
