Back to the old schoolhouse,,,MORE!!!!!!

Went back to the corn field again where the one room schoolhouse once stood. Still hitting targets even though I only hunted 2 hours. Still have a lot of ground to cover.
I started out slow on the finds. Took about 45 minutes before I found my first penny,,,a wheat. In the next hour I found 2 more wheats and 3 Indians,,,1903,,,1905,,1906. Just finishing up my last pass before I had to head home and help the wife with yard work and I got a nice high Qtr. hit bouncing up to half dollar. Dug the plug and rolled it out. The DX1 says it's in the pile of dirt,,,then I see the silver,,,My 2nd SLQ in the last couple of weeks!! <: <: <: <: This one is in pretty good shape,,,you can see the 0 at the end of the date,,,I'm guessing it's 1920. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
So far,,,I pulled out of this field,,,,9 wheats,,,9 Indians,,,2 V nickels,,,1 Shield nickel,,,1 Barber dime,,,1 Barber Qtr. and a SLQ :happydance01: :happydance01: :happydance01: :happydance01: :happydance01:
Plenty more there I think. Tough going in the chiseled corn,,,but hey,,,,I ain't complaining!!!!!

Thanks for looking folks!!!!!

Dan

Hey George,

Not a clay marble,,,it's a musket ball. I'm finding lead all over the place at this field!!

Just a great hunt Dan :omg: the SLQ is a fine looking specimen,it's great when all the coins you find are old ones. Congrats on a super hunt!!!
