Barber quarter and Mercs

Yesterday Ron, Dave and I made it back down to the construction site we have been working since January. Once again the area produced some keepers for all of us. :clapping:

Strangely the last three times I have hunted here I walked away with a Barber quarter and a Mercury dime. :thinkingabout:
It will be interesting to see if I can find a fourth Barber quarter on my next trip.

The Merc on the right side of the photo I found last weekend on a park hunt cut very short by my allergies. :stretcher:
I had originally cancelled last weekends hunt with Ron because of allergies, but when he called an hour later and said, You were right,
there is silver in this park... I grabbed my gear and met up with him. 8/ lol Sure paid the price for that Merc.

Also found my third silver ring from this site, a small child's ring.

:wow: Three Barber quarters. Sweet! I'd love to find just one. You guys are sooooooooo lucky! Congrats! I hope you find that fourth one! Great pictures too!

Amazing! Three Barber Quarters in a row from this site! :shocked04:

That's fantastic, Joe! Now you're going to expect a Barber Quarter every time you hunt there!

You are really on a nice winning streak! Keep it up! thumbsup01

8/ You gotta be kiddin' right !?! :shocked01: lol
3 Barber quarters and three Mercs in three trip to the same place :shocked04: Wow! :wow:
And I gotta say... I love your dedication/ sickness to your beloved hobby lol
Miserable and suffering, you trug out to find at least one silver, and then immediately pull the pin and leave for home  :sleepy: lol

Some nice hunting even though you were suffering. I hear that this year is suspose to be real bad for allergies. Nice going on getting another Barber quarter and merc from the site, hope ya can get the fourth.

Nice finds Joe :peace: :clapping: Love those barber quarters (not that I find any  ) Pretty little ring too! :)

Congrats on all that silver Joe! What a honey hole! :happydance01: :clapping: |)

Very nice you have regular hunting buddies

Now wait a minute  A third silver ring? That would be 'triple, triple, triple wild' if you left the last 3 times with a barber qtr, merc and a silver ring lol I take it that's not the case or you would have added that...

Btw that is a very nice ring I think Leyla will love it when she is a little older :)

Very cool, are you signals deep?
Most of my silver come from the 5-8 inch range. Some have come from less than 1 all the way down to 10 inches.
I can't honestly say that I've dug one from more than 10.

Thank you Steve. :) I was very happy with my pocketed keepers on this hunt and
even happier with the fact that the 2012 allergy season is behind me. <:

lol ... Absolutely and unequivocally yes!! A bunch of sneezes, a couple of itchy eyes and a bit of wheezing is
worth a Merc in my book. lol
Looking forward to our next hunt.
