Beach Injun!

Had to clean this guy up a bit as it was really sand incrusted. Came out pretty well I think!
There was a renovation on an old Haunted House attraction here at the boardwalk a couple of years ago and many old coins came out of that. I believe this Indian is a left over from that event. This beach usually only gives up recent dropped clad!

For a beach coin. That came out really, really nice after cleaning!
Very nicely done!
And very nice find Ron! :clapping:
Congrats

I can't say i remember seeing anyone get one of those from a beach. That is very cool. I'd call that a rare find. Congrats. :clapping:

Nice find, Ron!

I thought you had already cleaned that area out of old stuff. Just goes to show us that there's always another treasure awaiting.

Congrats on the IH. It is really clean for a beach find. Any possiblities of more:huh:

Older coins will turn up from time to time after storms or if they do some construction under the old boardwalk! This was just a green sand encrusted disk when I saw it in the scoop, but I had a feeling...

Good job on cleaning up that green disc. lol I expected it to be way worse than that. A very lookable coin. :clapping:

Great coin, I love Indian's, I have found two since I started detecting and I'm proud of both of them. Congrats!
