Big Silver From The Woods

Hi,
Went out late Saturday afternoon and detected a section of woods and dug a couple nice finds
I ended the hunt after 2 1/2 hours with a nice 1944 walking liberty half dollar, 1919 mercury dime, 4 wheat cents and a George penny.

nice coins both of them are on my ..to find.. list. when i was a kid i had one of those coin collecting things and one was for mercs...the kind where you can insert the coin into the matching years, it was about 80 percent full when i left home at 17 i gave it to my kid sister. come to learn her ex sold it. still waiting to cross paths with him!!
