Button from previous hunt, Extra treble rich

Found this button a couple weeks ago. Finally got around to cleaning it up. Any ideas of age or anything about it? It is a flat button and says "extra Treble rich".

That is the strangest design on a button that I have seen. Sorry no help here as far as knowing anything about it.
