Cleaned Large cent ( updated pic)

Three weeks ago I posted about my hunting partners first american large Cent find. He wanted to clean it up and after inspecting it, we determined there was little to no corrosion showing. I told him to use the hot peroxide method for no longer than 5 mins and it should be safe since we could'nt see any corrosion.
I must say, it has to be the best looking dug large Cent that I have ever seen.

Yep, it's a beauty for sure! :loveit:

Love the natural dark color. Very nice surfaces with no pitting.

Terrific coin! |:cheering:

it is a great example :smitten: , when it comes to copper conditions at all about location of the find and particular years of the coins themselves . i think there were years of better quality of copper used in their making.

That is one beautiful coin, great job on the cleaning. I wish my LC's could look that good.
