COLONIAL BUCKLE & 1917-S MERC

Got back up to a colonial home that I pounded the yard previously.today i stayed in the woods around the house.a pocket spill of modern coins,a colonial shoe buckle,colonial dandy or cloak button,a 1901 V-nickel,1917-s merc,a tootsie toy van and some other keepers and 2 stinkin ox knobs.hate them! they sound so much like a Large Cent reading and when one pops out ya feel like whippin it

Congrats Dave on some nice finds, and yes I get sooo excited when I hit a solid 84 or 85 on my machine only to be disappointed
by an ox knob. Never chucked one yet but I do put them in a jar hoping that for some reason they come back in style lol
