That would be stellar if it was indeed colonial gold. I hope you can get some one to ID it.

When you can't get out to hunt there is no better way to quench your thirst than going thru old finds. We can tell that your bored Dave but in a few days we will have some new relics to cherish :yes: Patience my friend :hysterical:

Hi Dave,
The ring could very well be American colonial. I cant be sure without seeing it first hand, and I dont have much experience with American jewelry from that period; but to me it looks like it could be a signet ring from that vintage.
