copper and silvers

Got out today for a bit to a site which I think has some promise, and managed to pull a couple of silvers and a copper. I can barely make out the date to be 1818. Also pulled 7 wheaties, most of which are as abused as the copper. :bangahead01: I want new, less acidic dirt :barf:

It's not in the best shape, but not the worst either. A great find! I love the silver too :happydance01:

A little hot peroxide and a tooth brush and she will be brand spankin' new lol Well not really, but she's in pretty good shape. You can get a date off of her and below that green may not be real bad. Silver and a large copper definitely shows a promising site. You are pretty good at picking your sites Randy thumbsup01

Very nice recoveries Randy.

I sure get envious of all the large cents you guys pull. I love seeing them posted... but would love to see one under my coil.

Congrats.

I feel your pain on the coppers, Randy. :crying02: If only the soil were not so bad on them. :-\ The silver is sweet though.
