Hello all !!

I got out for a few hours in the blazing heat last Friday then again today for 3 hours on the 4th again... in the blazing heat :-)

Last friday I hit a friends yard that I was working... There was one part left that would take 2-3 hours to cover... The targets were few and far between in this part that is just used for hay these days... but I did manage a button with a crown on the back and 'London'... Then a nice 12/40 12/41 @ 5... Looks like a KG II to me...

Then today I got out behind a school that has yielded lots of Victorian items.... Today was no different... but I swear I have recovered 20+ ponds cream metal screw tops from those little white glass bottle from this spot...

This is an interesting find... I saw the Silver Jubilee (In german) on the top and knew by looking at the words this was German... I was the N.A. on the bottom... North America ??

Looks like this was the 25th anniverdary of the Deutscher Kriegerbund...

Deutscher Kriegerbund (German Warrior League) was a War Veterans' and reservists' Association in Germany. It was established in April 1873 in Weißenfels.
