Got back up to the new site I discovered yesterday.Dan pics are for you buddy.theres some stones buried into the side of the hill below the lip in a squared formation and you can clearly see the depression with the stone wall built right over it.I think this was a starter home until they built the huge center chimney foundation about 500 yards from this site. I was digging anything repeatable.even the iron was sounding good but i worked the lip of this depression and the amount of square nails that came out confirms it was a homesite.got 2 broken shoe buckle frames crying01 nice ones too when they were complete.a few buttons, a 1802 draped bust large cent and a King George II copper
