Dedicated to Tony Two-Cent Today's Hunt

Was able to get out after work and went to a house which has not really produced, but what the heck. Finally after 5 years of detecting I got my 1st tootsietoy <:. I think its in pretty good shape and once I get all the dirt out of and off of it will go in my toy display case.

If any body can date this for me, that would be great.

On the bottom it has:
