Found these at a small one block project in two short hunts.

While I was thinking IH stuck in the root, it was a memorial.

Thought the large disc was a LC as this is in a very old part of town, but it was not even a coin.

I would of thought immediately that the memorial was an IH. Saw some silver and wheat's and the marbles are great. Good hunt...:thumbsup02:

Thanks! No, it is a little brooch pin or something, here is the back. The metal is brass I think and the oval "stone" appears to be a yellowish Bakelite or some other type of plastic.

That is a cool find! I've found encased bullets a few times but never a coin !
