Well I had a few hours to kill so I went to a spot that has produced some cool things before. Got to the field around 1030am and left around 1230, I saw the field and knew I was in for a headache...The grass was like 16 inches and wet. Not easy swinging at all. I did manage to pull out an Indian head (1896) , a large cent (1841), 4 small buttons with various backmarks, and maybe a suspender buckle with a date ...1836?? Weird...
. Its going to be a great spot to hunt when the hayfield is cut SHORTER!! I will make sure to get AL and Rob over there when hunting is easier. I guess It was a good hunt. Thanks for looking and as always, Happy Hunting!!
