finaly got out for a hunt

My first hunt in 2 and half months , cool weather and soft ground , i managed a 1945 merc 53 rosie , very nice 1937 buffalo, and a no date buffalo and a v nickle in the same hole , also a 1888 indian and 4 wheats , and these 2 badges or button , one is plastic in front and the other is metal and slightly coroded away , i can make out the wqords imperial prime

Welcome back to the swing of things. Very nice finds, that buff looks great. |:cheering: A couple silvers and an IH plus a V, now thats some variety. :congrats:

Wow dave, that is a good take. :perfect10: I love the variety, you almost found a little bit of everything. That seems like a long time not to hunt to me. Of course I'm hopelessly addicted and was hunting in 100 degree weather and digging in concrete like soil. I've got the callouses and broken hand spades to prove it. :blackeye:. Very nicely done and congrats on getting back into the swing of things.

... I got out everyday , but this last 2 months , at my age and having had a sun stroke , i opted to wait .

A fun range of keepers. We are still in dry ground just a bit north of you. Glad to hear you have soft dirt to dig.
