First GOLD of the year ! 3 rings found

Hey everyone , I hunted with my friend Ryan this morning at a local school that I had not hunted in over 4 years . At that time It was a rainy day and I hadn't much luck and did not stay long . This time I had the luck and hunted for 3 hours . Not more than 20 minutes in I had a strong +22 at one inch . I thought for sure it would be one more pull tab , not this time ! It's my first gold of 2013 ! It's a 14K gold wedding band . After that I found two more junk rings and some odds and ends .
Some other finds from the other day were a mood ring and three 1959 pennies .
Total clad for today's three hour hunt was $17.22 :happydance01: ! We are hoping to go back tomorrow if the rain holds off and find some more ! Ring count for the first 5 days of 2013 is 6 ! It's a great start :beerbuddy:

Not Wheats , first year Memorials . They were found one each on the first three hunts of the years thumbsup01

Love the ring too! I'll be working harder for my first gold this year. I dug a lot of silver last year, but I wasn't as persistent as I should have been with the non-nickel low tones.

Thanks ! The $17 was just mine in 3 hours . My buddy Ryan found almost $16.00 ! So over $30.00 for the two of us !
