Found spanish 1776 reale. Rough shape but counts.

Found this 1776 reale. Its date is only readable with a magnifier. You can see the DGI on the top right area. Not a very good example but it counts. Found in Indiana so it makes it even more rare to find.

I never sell my coins I find. In this rough shape has little value. I guess if it was and good shape and was worth 5000.00 I would be tempted to sell it. It shape allows me to avoid temptation to sell it. LOL

This coin was at a spot where a old toll booth was as in the 1800s. I found 4 other flat buttons also. I found this coin in the spot at or behind where the toll booth stood. I also found a 1864 Indian before in the same spot Attached is how I researched and grid off the area for searching. Going back today with my F75LTD2 to see what else I can pull out. I used my E-track with the Tornado last time. Found the Spanish coin with the SEF 8x6.
