Getting cold

Not the weather.... the Etrac  My first 4 Etrac hunts netted me a Silver Q, Silver ring, a barber Q, 1803 LC, a Merc and the pac man LC. The last 10 or so hunts all I've got to show for it is clad. Still, it all adds up. As always, no matter what Im digging I always have fun. Thats what its about. Mike and I are planning a weekend scouting trip in the very near future to drum up some cool detecting spots for winter/spring. Have a great work week everyone ;)

well Steve
sounds like the honeymoon with the e-trac is over buddy  lol rofl i'm sure you'll be finding more of the silver stuff in no time my friend . :beerbuddy:

Steve, wasn't it just a great weekend for hunting?..or just about anything else. I bet your first 4 hunts had you amazed with the etrac. It will pick up again soon. Drew

That's a heck of a lot of coins, especially quarters! I could hunt for years here in Illinois and not find a large cent, so you are lucky in that respect.

Yep, as the weather turns cold we will all have to turn our attention to researching new spots to hunt. thumbsup01

That clad sure is adding up and who can put a value on having fun. Congrats, don't worry that Etrac will find the silver again.

:shocked04: Whoa! Well :dontknow: at least you know it's workin'! lol
Still a sweet haul! And I agree. It's just nice to get out and swing :smitten: :daydream:
Congrats Steve!

Wow... you did some digging. :shocked04:
This is a serious bump to your clad count.
We all have our old coin slumps... at least I do. But, dig an oldie and your right back in the game buddy.
