Has anyone ever found one of these ?

I was out today and saw a park that had a new water line going in along the road.
Along both sides of the trench were mounds of dirt that they pulled out, so i figured why not
check it out. Besides some modern clad, I found what I think is an International Harvester button or pin.
Has anyone found one of theses and does anyone have an idea of it's age. It's a little smaller than a dime and is
quite thin. Sorry about the picture quality.

well Case didn't acquire International Harvester until 1985 so it can be older then that i'm assuming.

I've found a similar pin or token and a IHC watch fob as well.
According to Wiki it could be as old as 1902
"In 1902 the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company and Deering Harvester Company, along with three smaller agricultural equipment firms (Milwaukee; Plano; and Warder, Bushnell, and Glessner—manufacturers of Champion brand) merged to create the International Harvester Company."

I think freemindstuck is correct, that IHC symbol was used as far back as 1902. Here's a website that gives the history of the company and shows the IHC logo that was created in 1902:

Thanks, This thing looks old !! When my son first saw it with the mud on it, he thought we had a 3 cent pc.
But it's still pretty cool

Since we have a theme going here I'll post my two examples. The watch fob is about the size of a silver dollar and the other token is dime sized.

thats because the fields you detect were used about 70 years before the IHC company was even started.
