Hello from rice lake Wisconsin area

My name is Ryan. I live between almena and prairie farm and am pretty new to metal detecting. Can't wait for the snow to melt and ground to thaw!
 
Ryan, welcome from western MA. What type of detecting do you do, relic, coin? What type of detector are you using? Glad you're here and looking forward to your future posts.

You are way up there in Wisconsin. I metal detected in Black River Falls one time but that's the furthest north I've been. I am ready for spring just like you!

Hello Ryan, from SE Wisconsin. I grew up in Chippewa Falls and still deer hunt near Hayward. There is a club in Chippewa Falls called Three Seasons Metal Detecting club if your interseted in meeting some fellow detectorist. One of our forum members is the founder and president of the club. His forum name is Wisconsin Lockman. Good luck this season.
