I Finally Hit GOLD!

:congrats:on your 1st piece of gold. Seeing that you said the signal was scratchy, would you have dug that signal anyway?

Congrats on your GOLD RING :perfect10: I think it's maybe a 12k ring. (.500). The reason it may have sounded scratchy is because of the stone it is located in. Signals are going to sound awful in that type of environment, especially when they are down deeper. Great find!!!

Awesome GOLD ring and your first one to boot, that is one fantastic find :thumbsup02:

Hey Coinnut!

It actually says 595 on the inside. That is 14K European. Please forgive me because I was just a "little bit" excited when I made that vid and read it wrong. LOL! Thanks for your kind words!

Very nice ODA226:yahoo:. It is a great feeling to look down into a hole and see Gold. I am glad that Europe is treating you so good.

Very nice! Congratulations on your first (of many) gold find.

Usually, if a target "scratches" it's got links… like a chain or bracelet. When I get a "scratchy" signal, I usually dig beside it so as not to ram my digger into what is often a delicate chain.
