i found this in an old lumber camp from 1900's

I don't know what this is but it looked pretty cool. I found it in an abandoned lumber camp my research shows the camp was abandoned in the early 1900's. its about 6 to 8 inches long.

I think so too. We have found them at cellar holes. They are heavy and ornate. Wait until you find the doors from that stove. They are real cool looking. It shouldn't be long before you score an Indian or two. Better yet, some silver :drool:
