I had off from work yesterday made return visit to an old cellar hole

I had to visit the dentist yesterday morning so I decided to revisit an old site that produced some old coins and colonial relics for me in the winter. I guess we did a good job at cleaning out most of the finds the 1st visit with only a few keepers left to take home this time.

The heat and humidity was unbearable so I left after 2 hours. My clothes were completely soaked with sweat and made for an uncomfortable ride home.
The padlock was a find from the farm on Sunday but I wanted to get the pic in the post.

Yeah, what is that thing? I found it's twin but never got an ID on it. Here's mine:
