I hit 50 !!

I meet up with Silverstar Mike & Tech 125 Rob Sunday for a all dayer. We hunted a couple of different spots. At the first place we hunted,a old school. I found my 49th silver of the year! A 48 Rosie. I also dug 3 buffs!! 1926,1927,and a smoothie <: Oh...and 2 wheaties lol
At the second place, a old park. I found another wheatie Then I went over to check out the area around the old tennis courts. The entire area around the courts was dug up by a skidloader and neatly piled up around the site. The fist pile I swung over gave up the wheatie. I was checking around the excavated area. I told myself Keep your eyes open for anything like marbles or buttons. At that very moment I spotted it ! :shocked04: :shocked04: :shocked04:stretcher: I could see the edge of a silver dime sticking out of the dirt!! :shocked04: I quick swung the coil over it to verify it was a coin. 12-45 on the E-Trac and a sweet little high tone verified without a doubt! :happydance01: Before I even touched it I called Mike over and showed him the silver edge sticking out of the ground! oke: lol Silver number 50 is a 1940 Merc!! :happydance01: <:

Ive been out of it for a while, I'm still in golf mode, but I'm getting the itch to dig some silver. Once the kids start school I'll have time to do both of my favorite hobbies.
