Going to take a vacation somewhere for a week of detecting. Help me out here ya'll. When would be the best time to go and for what it's worth where? I'm thinking of driving and just staying in a motel each night. Anytime in 2010, spring preferably, I need the break. Any ideas would be appreciated :-\

Hey Jack. Well if you are driving, then you don't want to go too far and waste precious time driving instead of swinging lol How about doing some different detecting, say beaches or ponds. Plan a trip to all the local ponds or tot lots. What ever type of hunting you now do, just change it up. This way you get to try something new and not have to go driving all over the USA. Just a thought.
