I was turned on to this site and it is pretty amazing!!! http://mapper.acme.com This mapping devise is very very acurate! Type in a location and use the map to get the crosshairs on anything, a building, or house... once it is in the crosshairs, click topo and it will drop that location onto an older (60's I think) topographical map. Or, do it the opposite way, use the topo to find a struction and click back to satellite and you can see if the house is still there or gone. The pinpoint I have found to be very accurate within a few feet. If you all know about this site, cool, but if you don't you will want this in your researching arsenal!!!

Thanks for another way to find sites. But I punched in Just show me the gold and it didn't do anything lol

You have to be more specific. Gold jewelry, gold coin... By just typing, Show me the gold, it reverts to nuggets and will only work in Western States. lol

When I did it, it just said Tilt lol Why can't they just put :usaflag:s were the gold and silver is located, It would be much easier

I also like the map program on the home page here. The swipe tool is very kool. I found out where the lake was in my park.
