Keeping silver streak alive

Meet with Rob (Tech125) today at the old park for couple hours of detecting. Found my second war nickel for this year 43P and with that keeping my silver streak alive, also got 10,37 wheat's, 26 buff, 40 nickel, play money and $1.87 in clad. I had some trouble with my Pro pointer with false signals today. I had good time detecting with the friend. Thanks for looking and HH. Mike

Sometimes I too have problems with my pro pointer, sometimes I have to turn it off then back on, sometimes it just needs a new battery and sometimes if I push on the back end too firmly, it will go off, so I try holding onto the side

Tried all of above and usually work but yesterday was just different and nothing would work, changed batteries, turning off and on and trying to not push too hard on pin pointer. I guess maybe the ground was weird or that spot where I was detecting Best of luck and HH. Mike

Yeah, sometimes it is just the spot for whatever paranormal reason. I sometimes even have my detectors doing wierd things, but when I get to another spot, they stop :dontknow:...who knows...just work with it, it's like being married....never understand, just agree and go with it, it'll all workout in the end... lol
