Last 3 Hunts hi-lited by Gold Ring

Still been an issue finding time to swing but at least the few hunts I've had have been productive. The hunt last Sunday was mostly clad but I found a small spot that produced a Washington, a Roosevelt, a War Nickel and a wheat. Yesterday I went out and my forearm rest broke again on the Etrac on my 1st couple of swings so I had to break out the AT Pro which I only tried once before. I hunted about 5 minutes trying to figure out the depth and readings and I dug what I thought was a shallow dime. The detecting gods were smiling as I found a Merc in the plug and a Rosie in the hole. I can only assume I missed this with the Etrac or I thought it was way to shallow to dig, the area is loaded with pennies (dug 29 today in the same spot). Didn't find much else but a few wheats but considering my inexperience with the AT Pro I was glad to get what I did. Today I returned to the same spot and found a lot of clad but was lucky enough to dig a 12-16 (thought it might of been a War Nickel) and hit a small gold Ring (14K). Can't remember how long it has been since I,ve seen gold in the hole. Finished the day with a Merc a Rosie and 6 more wheats. One of the wheats was a really nice 1909 but no VDB on the back. Great day to be out. Keep swinging Wisconsin Digger

Another great hunt. You always seem to find silver when you go out.
Congrats on the gold ring as well.:clapping:
