Another eagle button. :peace: Had a blast this morning. Religious medal, 2 wheats, a cut up token, harmonica reed. I used the M6 with the 10DD again this morning.

Some great buttons there. Are some of those other ones military, cause they kinda look like it, especially the cut one. Nice finds.

Great hunt PTSteve.

I don't think I've ever dug more than 2 buttons in a hunt.

You got some nice looking one's too.

Congrats.

Coinnut, I think only the eagle is Navy. I went to the spot with 2 other people. In total we pulled out 39 buttons, 7 were military, 3 Reales, 2 religious medals, and a butter knife in 2 days.
Lots of new sites have been opening up for me. I was detecting on a front yard at a private house when a neighbor came up to me wondering what I've been finding. All I had gotten were wheats, so I showed them to him. He asked if Id like to do his 2 houses <: 1st house was built in 1848 and the one in the next town is older :happydance01: When curious elders come up to you, turn the machine off and have a chat with them. It will make their day and they just might make yours too thumbsup01

Truer words could not be written. I can't remember how many times curious people have come up and asked what I am finding and after a chat, end up offering their lawns for hunting.

Pulling out a pocket full of wheats, a few IH's, a buffalo or a couple of silver coins always impresses people that are curious. I love talking MDing with folks.... especially the one's that are interested.
