sweet items , especially the gimlet a very neat piece . thumbsup01 and the small case with the stamp is in remarkable condition. :clapping:

The case with the stamp was bought at a yard sale. I got the case home and lifted the picture to see if there was a name and found two 1864 three cent telegraph stamps. I found the two bullets in Perryville and purchased the two coins from 1864 to fill out the 1864 case.

Beautiful finds. Lots of camp lead I see. Great looking picture and the stamps are early in our postal days. Some nice finds. Makes me wanna get out there right now in the freezing rain :bangshead02:

:yes: Thanks so much for sharing- your stuff is awesome! I love the 1864 case, very creative- great story about the yard sale. The old antique store is really neat.. I want to go inside next time we're driving by! Wonder if he's open on Saturdays?

Very nice stuff there. Love those yard sales you can actually find something to at least buy.
