Yesterday morning. I found myself back at the park. For a 3 hour hunt. Still working the area, that has been so productive of late. I didn't make a whole lot of finds. But was able to locate a 1935-D Merc. About 6 inches down, Directly under the old monkey bars. Go figure. :thinkingabout: A while later. Working the ground. That I had found the barbers. At about 6 inches. I got a strong 13-43 signal. Figuring it was another penny. I decided to dig. I unearthed an indian style Braclet. I would like to think it is silver. But there is no markings on the underside. But it did come out of the ground clean. Need to do a chemical test. This morning. Went back to the park again >! Detecting between lighting bolts, and intermitant rain storms. Finally!! Anyway, I got what I thought was another penny signal around 13-44. Has to dig those numbers! I dug a few inches into the ground. I took the probe, and scaned the hole. Got very nice high pitched sound. I thought :thinkingabout:! That doesn't sound too much like a penny. Ended up being another Merc. This time it was a 1925. At that point. The sun started coming thru the clouds. And I realized how high it was. It was just about Noon. So I headed for the hills! Ended up with a total of 8 Wheaties, $.30 in clad, and a bunch of memorials. Thanks for looking! HH!
