First of all, don't hate me because I have an awesome honey hole.
I found coppers #8 & #9 yesterday, and #10 and #11 today. That makes 16 largies so far to come out of this one field since September! I am so pumped because not only did I find my first Draped Bust large cent during today's hunt, but also found my 3rd Conn copper, but this time the bust is facing right & and I actually have some detail on both sides. On top of that I found a big old silver ring, and also a smaller gold plated ring with an inscription inside that's etched in cursive. It's so tiny I can't make it out though. What a day!! HH all
* Update: Went back today (APR10) and sniffed out another Conn. Copper. This one is in rough shape, but I think it's a Hercules head type. Included wet and dry pictures. The field that keeps on giving!!
