NE Trip Starts With Another First

Having some trouble posting here...

At any rate, I'm in New England this weekend. On my drive out I stopped in NY for a little swing time. I'll post full details when I return, but I'm just too excited about this little coin to not post now. My first V nickel! Almost no details but somehow the crud has preserved the date and the word cent on the opposite side. Good start for me, but I'm still hoping to score a little silver while I'm out here!

Yep, that's a V lol Things are a little older here and sometimes it catches you off guard. You're thinking Jefferson and out pops a V or Shield. It always made me slow down and concentrate lol Congrats on your first V. I hope you get many more on this trip. thumbsup01
