Need help with this button I found in the river

I tried pasting a pic of this button I found but can't seem to figure out why my pics won't paste. So instead I am just posting the video of it to see if anyone can identify what it is and its age.

If the file size of the photo is to big it might not post when you try to paste them.I will usually reduce their size in the "paint" option on most computers and then post them.

The button was a U.S. Marines button , from the lack of seeing a backmark it looks atleast 1900 or newer.
