Well I'm not much for Summer MDing but after seeing some of the nice finds you guys/gals are posting gets the juices flowing. So, I woke up at 5am and was at the cellar hole by 6. Hunted until 8:30 and found two IHs, an 1864 & 1874 . :yes:

It would have been nice to find more, but it doesn't take much to satisfy me so I was happy with the results.

Since I've never found an Indian Head from the 1860s I would take that any day!

Nothing bad about finding 2 Indians. Being in a quiet woods early in the morning is worth it in itself.

That '74 is a good year for Indians. Sometimes I like the 70's era more than the earlier ones :yes: Not only did you get up early and get out there, but you made a couple of nice finds and enjoyed the best part of the morning detecting thumbsup01 I love detecting in the early hours...I just hate the getting up part :sleepy: lol
