Moxie, welcome from western MA. Glad you are here, we have alot of great people here with a wealth of knowledge, willing to share. How long have you been detecting? Looking forward to your posts.
hello Moxie , glad to see you here on this forum . i've been using a tdi sl lately and boy is that thing a different beast all together from the vlf's . hope to pick your brain about the tdi in the furure , again welcome .
I've been detecting for 3 years now and have found some amazing things my oldest silver is 1738 and my oldest copper is 1750. I use the TDI more than anything I've had and I made a video on how you can see threw iron nails to find silver coins in parks. I found both of those coins with the TDI pro which I use for relic hunting and coin hunting. Its amazing how well it can pick coins out of junk.
Yes there's moxie in every store up here we even have a Moxie festival in Lisbon falls.
Whites TDI pro is a Pulse Induction detector with ground balancing so you can null out most iron when hunting. Its very interesting and is compatible with most GPX series coils like the nugget hunter. I'll post my video I made and some tricks I have found to work best for me.
Welcome to the forum from SE Wisconsin. :clapping: Glad you found us, you will be a great addition to this fine group of detectorist. thumbsup01 Looking forward to your posts.
