In 2013 the NJ DEP stopped issuing legal detecting permits on Wildlife management Areas in NJ ..... The ordinance was never changed they simply decided NOT to issue ... They are making a last stand to get them re-initiated ... Please click the link below and sign the petition to the DEP administrators to start issuing the permits again
