I just started serious detecting this past May, and thought that it was time to give back to you guys and girls who are always sharing their finds with us. These coins cover all the hunts up till last weekend. The Kennedy and Washington are both 64. The SLQ (date is long gone) was my first silver find, and is the real reason I'm digging holes all over town. the Merc is a 1919, V Nickle is 1900 the back is pretty well gone on this one. Indians are 1904, 01 and 1886. The Wheaties run from 1935 to 58. Hope you all enjoy and thanks for looking.

And he's off, Mudder in the lead rounding the 1st turn. Way to go on your finds so far. Nice big silver, pile of wheats and IH's. You'll be amased at how fast your collection will grow. Congrats, now stop reading these posts and get out there and dig

Not too shabby at all Mudder :peace: It took me many years before I could find that all silver Kennedy lol For just starting to get serious about it, you have found some nice, early dates. Love the way the V cleaned up too :clapping: Most of the SLQ's are without dates. That usually means they are pre 1925, as 1925 and up, the date was recessed in the design and held up better. Nice start thumbsup01

Excellent job mudder. :clapping: With finds like that so quickly you are certainly hooked forever.
It took me a little over a year and half to find a SLQ. I still haven't found a '64 Kennedy yet.
You are off and running. Good luck on your next hunt.

Some beautiful coinage there!!! Congratulations for a great start to the hobby... you have already found some really desirable coins. Thank you for sharing! :clapping:
