so i met up with aloldstuff today and we hit and old park down near me....boy was it hot :omg:.
my first hit was at 4 inches and to my amazment it turned out to be a ct copper , i cracked open the clump in front of al , i was expecting it to be a largie coz i could see the edge but hey ill take a copper any day, i can make out a 7 at the end but thats about it.
second target was at 3 inches and turned up a loverly indian dated 1902 , i love indian head pennys .
last but not least was a 1918 wheat.
had a great time meeting up with al (who just happens to be a bloody nice bloke) and i hope we can get together again soon mate.

Dan

Lee, I had a great time detecting with you. Huge :congrats: on that CT copper. Glad you walked it over to me to see the reveal....Hope Dan can get a variety for you.

This park is huge and even though I only got 2 Wheaties (no dates yet) the potential is there. Lee was telling me some totals that have come from his park.......I will definitely come on down for another hunt.

Lee, great to finally meet you and I have your hat......
