Part of a carriage?

Got out again today for a short hunt near my house and found the dump area for the cellar hole. I've only been to this site about 30 times AND NEVER SAW a full victorian stove sitting on the ground. I'm really pathetic at times. :bangahead02: I worked the area near the stove as I correctly figured I've never hit it. I doubled my five year amount of rein guards in 30 min. That long iron thing with the central brass hoop is the item in question. I know I've seen these before but can't remember. There are small loops on both ends that can be seen in shadow on the left. Thanks for your help!
