Hey everybody! :groovy:
Had a chance to get out for about 5 hours today. A couple buddies and I headed out to a place that ended up falling through  >{ So as we were leaving that place we drove past a nice old looking house that looked like a great place to detect! Noticing that the home owners were standing outside in the driveway we pulled in and asked to hunt. With permission granted we dawned our gear and spread out!
It was obvious, real quick, that this house had never seen a detector! \:hammer: :drool:Almost immediately I started finding wheatie after wheatie! :shocked04:  I beat my one day wheatie total. Today I found 32 wheaties!! We all made some great finds! We each even got at least one piece of silver. thumbsup01
Here's the days take before cleaning.

Faaaaaaantastic. If you can't leave a few WLH's in the ground for the rest of us to find... I'm not sure we can be friends anymore. \:[ lol :envious: :clapping:
You have been having such a great fall pulling out some serious keepers. I'm happy for you friend.
It still blows my mind how you guys manage to pull up to sites in a van, get permission and pour out of the vehicle at these properties. :shocked04: |)
I'm going to have to give this method a try some time. You guys are making it work.
Congrats and I hope Ted got a few shinny ones too.

Sounds like a great place to hunt. Always ask, the worse they can say is no! Congrats on all the great finds.

WOW :omg: Virgin soil! I would have pitched a tent and camped out, and detected all night long. |:cheering: Sweeeet finds Tim :perfect10:

Great decision to get permisson to hunt that property. Big silver, silver jewelry, IH, and a huge pile of wheats. |) |). HUge congrats on your hunt

:wow: Great hunt Tim! That's a lot of nice keepers from one yard and another WLH as well, that's fantastic! I just don't know how you guys are successful door knocking that way. I have a hard time getting permission just by myself, much less a group. Glad to see the strategy is paying off for you though.

Good work and nice finds.....timing was good with the owners outside and all! You must have an honest looking face as well......!

:shocked03: Timmy 32 Wheaties in one hunt is just sick, No thats me that sick. Just a wonderful bunch of coins great silver and other interesting tokens. Congratulations on some great saves. |) |) |) |) |) |) |)

Great hunt!! Nice walker, im jelous since I have not found one yet :crying02:. Keep up the door knocking , it seems it almost always pays off with at least one keeper.

Great hunt with a lot of terrific finds! I like the token! BTW, if that home has a easement out front, hit it hard and dig all signals. :beerbuddy:

That is one incredible hunt, Tim! |)

It looks like you got a little bit of everything! Big silver, little silver, Indian Heads, sterling jewelry, tokens, relics, even a marble! thumbsup01

Both of the Indian Heads have amazing detail, especially the 1889! :loveit:

You're on a roll with the Walkers too! Good job, my friend! :clapping:
