Quick 1/2Hour After Work Hunt. Silver #4

I had a half hour to kill in between working and watching my little ones, So I tried to call Batman and Robin,(AL and Rob) and see if they wanted to swing the coils around , but no answer on their end. So I wanted to try out my new Sunray probe for my XLT, so I hit the field where I hit the Ct copper last week, and it did not take long for me to score a few keepers. Easy 70's repeatable target, plug cut, probe on, few wiggles later, Silver...and yes its seated.!!! A few minutes later 60's Repeatable...etc. etc....IH penny...Its becoming easier with tweaking your machine, They are just jumping out of the dirt. I cant wait to have more time to hit this place. Take a wall sander to it, should really clean it up.

Nice finds in only a half hour. When you can hit that field for a longer period of time you should do realy well. Congrats on the seated liberty.

nice finds on the seated and the indian i also have used the xlt it is a great machine i got a new one now e trac but my son still uses the xlt good luck huting dennis

Carry it around in your pocket with some silver roosies for a couple of months. That sucker'll clean right up, purty like!

WTG on som,e great hunting!!!!! Seated silver is super, toasted IH's is sad but I'm still happy when I find them. I think you have got a great hunting spot there, if not for the field chemicals I would say set up a play ground there and hunt all day. :thinkingabout:
