Had to work a half a day today but made sure I brought my gear along. I had two new potential cellar hole sites near my work that I wanted to try and find so I went out solo after work to locate them. Some bush wacking and swamp crossing finally got me to the sites. The over growth was out of control, so much so that you had to literally be on top of the cellar holes to have any chance at finding them. I did get a few keepers and one coin.
The coin is a semi key date 1869 Indian head and a welcomed find. A suspender buckle of some sort has a maker mark but not sure what it stands for yet. Then there is this weird shaped large object that I have no clue what it is so please help with the ID. Thanks for looking :detecting:
