Hi friends. Managed to get out for a short hunt yesterday. Only found 1 wheat, 1956D. About $2.50 in clad. And this other thing? Looks like stamped steel. But MAN look what its doing today. >:\ Its raining cats and dogs. Will take at least a week to dry up a little.

Rain, rain, go away! So Cody can go metal detect today :cheering: :cheering: lol
The grounds frozen solid here. :frozen:
Hang in there :interesting: As for the other piece............. :dontknow: I don't know.

When it does stop raining you'll have some soft digging. Patience is the keyword to successful metal detecting. Looking forward to your next post.

:-\ :white:usaflag::, I feel your pain! At least you got out for a while. Here in Mich. It's in between looking like I can go out. But finding a soft spot is getting harder. Supposed to rain and sleet here today. But I am going to try and sneak out for a while. Good luck with the weather. :groovy:

Nice hunt and great pictures Cody .The rain will subside it always does hang in there . Any old barns or trees you can hunt at and stay out of the rain ?

I just now saw this thread. I know what the stamped steel object is, because my mom uses them to make my favorite Christmas cookies!

It's a disc out of a cookie press. You load the cookie dough in the press and it squeezes the dough through the disc to make different shaped cookies. thumbsup01

Nice hunt, I recognized that right away as part of a cookie maker. Nice call Tony. I guess I'm not the only cookie maker on the forum.
